Just bought some random IK belt for testing and it seems it makes a huge difference, more LS was the way to go. I'll drop some LS, when I achieve more dps then, but for the moment it's extremely comfortable for mp6/7/8 (no point doing higher than 6/7 with my dps though). The reason i didn't use WC was my survivability, I had more with crushing advance and rend (but that's probably because I lacked %LS from items or enough dps for my ~5% LS). I'll test it now then.
So I guess I'll get some nice Lacuni's paired with MS boots for 24%frw, any farther suggestions? Should I focus on rings, pants and hitting higher ias bp (guess that's easiest achievable with echo) before switching weapons ?
Is blackthrone combo (chest, pants) worth it btw? I'm not switching to mempo anytime soon (unless I find one, but there are so much parts to upgrade cheaper), so I'll still have 2-3 parts IK bonus, and blackthorne seems like a nice hp + loh boost.

Using formula breakpoint you want to hit divided by base weapon speed minus 1.4
eg for myself, 2.5/1.45 - 1.4 = .324 (33 ias needed)
BASE weapon speed = 1.2 (Mace) = 27 ias needed for 2.0 APS, 44ias needed for 2.2 APS, 69ias needed for 2.5 APS

This shows why if using Echoing fury as a mainhand using a sword as your OH is ideal (Since ias needed is 33/34 for 2.5APS breakpoint, very close)
or for some HOTA build that uses sword as mainhand for the 15% dmg increase if you dont need the crit chance, with echo OH
You want to hit at least 2.0/2.2 APS breakpoints, even with perfect ias lacuni ull need one more ias item (Preferably 9) then you can get a .23+ attack speed Echoing fury and still hit the breakpoint i think
then you would have 2.5/2.5 APS breakpoints and it helps a lot with survivability, fury regen, getting more overpower casts
you could afford to lose some life possibly.. a socketed andies helm with low -% fire might be an option to get that IAS
if you can afford it id say those are your first steps is getting one more ias piece after lacuni then getting an echo offhand.. might want to invest also in a cold damage soj (and possibly a buriza wielding scoundrel) tho to counter fear procs
