my ehp went down cause i got a new belt so yeah. not trying it soon

I thought 35% was max for CD on rings and 4.5% was max for CC?

i think he means 35%

max ilvl is 62 even on legendaries.

~50% relative to amulets (i ain't doin no division)

35 vs 65

53%

rings: 35/4.5/9
amulets; 65/8.5/9

if you're on a budget, should get the ASI on rings

can i ask which helm is better

8as / 4.5cc /150int / socket/ 200+ life reg

tal set helm
180int / 6cc / 50vit / socket / 12%life

if i can afford onc of them. which 1 should i get. ?

Tals for sure!! It's harder to resell 8 attack speed.... And 150 int is low should be 160+

Mempo with CC as random rolls cannot be a choice?

89 int + 80 all res +10% life + free sockt + 4.5 CC +9 ias

Or its better tal / andy?
