I've been tracking this thread and been getting some good info, the problem is I don't know what to prioritize.

A few things:
1) I can tank A3 with a party that has high dps. The issue I run into is that solo, I either don't do enough damage or I'm too squishy and get 3 shotted. The goal is to solo A3 inferno.
2) The DPS can solo A1 no problem, and may run into a couple issues during A2. If I go tank, A1 and 2 are just as easy and I can't die, but it's slow.
3) I am currently investing in a new stormshield with higher block since there aren't any sacred shields with better stats (i.e. the block is too low, not enough resists, etc.)
4) The stats in the above pics are without buffs. I have 950+ resists after warcry, with around 6k and 8k armor for dps and tank respectively.
5) Tals and sages were purchased because they had superior stats than any rares I could afford at the time.
6) So where to go from here? Should I invest in more LoH, resists, vit, or damage first? I'm thinking my res is fine, but my LoH sucks and so does my vit. I could also use more armor.
7) What items should I be looking for and what's a good price range? Once I buy my new SS, I think I'll get a justice lantern to replace reckless seal
8) Or is my gear fine, I just need a new skillset? I've seen people running earthquake + WotB, or swapping out ignore pain with charge/dreadnought. There's also juggernaut passive for the life % on being CC'd.
9) Or should I just remake completely and use a nasty two hander / pure dps build?
