Now about your wiz: 6cc storm crow, all res/armor witching, all res armor chest, ditch that shitty zuni set for a decent nat's set, all res/armor lacunis with 4+ cc, trifecta gloves with 8,5 cc and some armor or all res, trifecta amulet (they are cheap nowadays) with higher cc, socketed wand - in that order. You should have 2,74 aps 55 cc+ after those changes, up your mitigation by a lot and use shocking aspect instead of force armor and diamond shards instead of crystal shell. Thank me later.

Just a lot of damage with a life steal weapon and decent mitigation. Skorn is not the best option since it's hard to refresh arcon with it. Particular stats depend on your budget and mp you wanna play.

yes, you need blackthorne pants with armor + all res (fore more loh), witchihng hour - armor + all res (maybe some vita), use shocking aspect when you get at least 700@ 4k armor unbuffed. You are using like 30% of the build potential because you are held back by your low ehp and mitigation and force to use defensive skills.
