i suggest you should visit wizard section on b-net forums. A lot of good specialists there. I am not sure I know us market well enough to give you any advice.

haha nah, a buddy on d2 quit, and gave me all his gear. i sold some of it for 2.7b, and have at least another 1.5-2b worth to sell.
along with the gold, and gear, he also gave quite a few radiant star gems, hence the marquise gems.

I have just over 1bil on US server and I want to make a High MP archon wiz, here's what I have. Mostly just crappy drops from my other chars

what exactly do you mean with "high mp"? up until mp7 or maybe 8 is easy, but making an archon wiz that is viable on mp9 or even mp10 will not be possible with this budget.
basically no item you are currently wearing will be good enough if your goal is mp9/10 archon farming.
