That's why I'm asking.

I can start using a nostats 8 ias/4,5 cc lacuni's (in my stash) but is is worth it over my current bracers? They provide me with quite some defensive stats.

you need to reach breakpoint to increase both your effective dps and your survivability. At higher aps bp you refresh diamond skin more often and loh returns are greater. So yeah, use lacunis, try to use ones with a bit of defence on them (like all res or +armor).

Also, I have been testing different bp
2.74 .... freeze everything good except for single target elite
3.01 .... freeze everything better except for single target elite
3.33 .... freeze everything best except for single target elite

Even with 3.33 bp .... can not perma freeze single target elite

First setup is better, add more res there though. Freezing quality really depends on your ping and correct wicked wind placement. 3,01 and 62cc should be enough to perma freeze single targets. But some targets gain cc immunity over time, don't forget that.
