When will people stop living in the nostalgic past... We get it, Diablo 2 was amazingly fun and you will likely NEVER repeat that experience again, even if they made Diablo 3 a lot like Diablo 2 you will still not relive those moments of nostalgia.
With that said, can we just enjoy what is given to us? I for one am really enjoying Diablo 3 as a whole, have I played in the last 6 months? Nope. Will I play again when the expansion comes out? You bet your ass. Will I quit if there is not enough content to satisfy me anymore? Yep. And guess what, I will buy the next expansion and the one after that.
Lets talk about some things, I have read several comments saying things like "this isnt enough content for an expansion, this is a patch". This was also not Blizzcon, they obviously have only just scratched the surface of the information. I have also read comments saying "wtf is this shit, account bound weapons, World of Diablo". We have no idea what made this weapon account bound, maybe it has to do with the stars added to the item name? Lets stop jumping to conclusions about what is or isnt in the expansion and lets just enjoy what was given to us.
It really makes me just laugh inside when I see all the people complaining about stuff when they have no idea if it is or isnt actually going to be in the expansion, THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WAS NOT AT BLIZZCON AND THUS DID NOT HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION!!!!!
TL:DR, just enjoy what you have been given, if not, go play Diablo 2.
