SoJ is a must for MP10/ubers/brawling.
With spike trap or cluster arrow bonus. (Or Impale/strafe/HA/evasive fire bonus for brawling)

Well I think you understimate the value of the 10 Max Disc that these things have if you get a 30% dmg 12% spike nothing will beat this against Elites UNLESS your base dps is really bad

as far as being worth the ivestment, not so much, really depends at what point you are in your gearing.

Getting a budget one though with high elite dmg is a good thing to have in your repertoire. It should be a finishing touch to your gear if you are looking to spend a lot though (only a few percents not gonna make THAT much difference)

I would say you would be better off with a ring that gives you more crit dex and maybe even EHP if your base dmg is 100-135k unbuffed
