I've received confirmation from the Boss deciding team and Blizzard that the final boss will be Charsi.. no, this is not a joke.. although she is not as naturally powerful as Andy, Meph, Diablo, or Baal.. through countless years and patches of taking your gold / items she has managed to become cool.

It will be lycander in act2, u buy a health pot and it turns out it's rat poison.

Tyrael becomes evil. And there is some plot that he forces the hero to kill all the evils so he could reign as top dog.

Once you kill him, it is revealed that Cain is a evil Mage and betrayed the Horadrim, this is learned when you hear it from Tyrael, as when you kill him he tells you he was being controlled by Deckard Cain.

Deckard Cain has lured the hero to kill all the prime evils and had used Tyrael to plot his hell. Once Tyrael is gone, Cain reveals his true self and begins to take over the world.

Tyrael will be D3.

You will fight Deckard Cain in the Expansion Pack they will release later.
