Upgrade your gems on the weapons. Get crit % on the glove and left ring.

Your offhand is an absolute waste. You have no LoH so you dont' need the ASI. That dodge passive is not worth the offhand as a result. Get a shield with VIT (your life is low), high res, high block, and high crit. You dont' need other stats, and that shouldn't be too expensive (couple hundred k, or much less on a snipe). That ring, The Star, is really bad. Get something with crit, CHD, maybe vit, cold res. Whatevers cheapest unless you gold money to burn. Drop some dex on the gloves in favor of crit maybe too. You have no life on hit so it'll be rough, you've gotta either boost your dmg a lot or find other ways to survive. Probably swapping that shitty dodge passive for Resolve or something.

with the new rumor i heard about schaefer's weapon and merc im thinking about swapping to lightning monk anyone have a good skill set im not really sure what i should be looking for except for FoT but it just doesnt seem right looks like it lowers my dps compared to thousand one

FoT and sweepin wind cyclones will benefit from it. I mean it does increase but if your already geared with 300M worth of gear, you prolly wont see much of a difference.

Me and Cider_PR tested and it does increase. It also applies to any char that has lightning attacks (shock pulse on wiz, ball lightning on DH). it increase but dont expect to see like 30k more dam lol. Its not that much of a gain, but still somethin if you wanna work on speedin up your kill speed a lil.

I am on a very tight budget (couple million)

500ish loh isnt enough.
get 1kish. and have a back up healin source. (lpps, life per sec, life steal%).

Aim for lil more res.

id suggest for the more loh + backup heal source first as your upgrades and then farm act2. Then from there whatever leftover try to increase your res alil more. you wanna hit 7xx-8xx all res eventually.

i didnt check your armor but if your close to 5k, then thats enough for 1.04.

Mantra of Conviction with overawe, or Mantra of Evasion with backlash. Choose one of those instead of the one you use now.

Swap BF for WotHF>Blazing fist for 15% ias isntead of 30%+ on a long cd if you want more sustained.

Get crit on your helm, get a chest with sockets for more dex.

CHD on your neck.

Dex is low overall so try to swap vit for dex where you can - you don't need that much health if your res is good. And it looks to be about 800?
