It depends on your stats. But since you've been out for long time, I would recommend running lower mp to start off.

That build can be done with very cheap gears too.

I have my Obama some love with radiant gems. Been neglecting him a bit.

What do you experts think I should upgrade next?

black spear/mace + vision with cc?

Dmg wise the 3 things i see is, in order of importance.

1. Helm with 4.5+ cc and high int roll
2. Off hand with max mana/mana regen
3. Black dmg wep with 1.3 or 1.4 aps and 1100+ dmg/55+ cd/2.8+ ll/soc (the higher the % dmg the better to because of ruby scaling)

I actually don't recommend spear/mace so much anymore due to the amount of bears you can throw out once your dps is high enough, you can still get infinite mana during a elite pack in mp10 and take it out before any mana problems arise with a 1.4 wep (never tried a ef but i wouldn't because its a bit too fast).

So i would say the best option in terms of a wep if you have a 8+ bear soj, 8+ bear off hand with MA or MR would be a 1.3 - 1.4 wep. 1.4 weps.

However you can still have very effective results with big dmg mace/spears
