Hey pros. What about my budget wizz? How unbalanced i am? I know crit mempo will do some power but damn, dont want to buy those super expensive crit mempos. Should i go with Andy helm? What u suggest to upgrade?

Hmm, amu is selfcrafted with few tries.

And got gems from stash.

Problem is that i obviously need more cc. Cause im atm using pinpoint armor and scoundrel to get +50 cc, i wanna use Storm armor - shocking aspect. Does i lose too much ehp if i pick one Andyhelm with 5% fire dmg taken?
Or should i chance my tristat ring for 6 cc one. Damn, thats also expensive. Wanna stay in budget.
