I always just use d3rawr. It lists out the bp on skills.

you're running 48k hp but only at 315k effective hp. that's a serious problem. your goal is 450k effective hp for mp10 and that's standard. your biggest problem is resistance/armor hence why you might feel weak in terms of defence.
i'm going to assume you will be using a ruby in that echoing fury of yours. hence you might want to switch that helmet out for a random int mempo. get the random to roll armor or int/vit. the tal's crit chance is not what you need since all your other gear grants you crit and you arent taking advantage of it by maxing out chd.

ultimately everything needs to be replaced since everything on your wizard isnt worth keeping or worth anythign. but im going by cheapest upgrades first.
but if you cant afford it cuz of the gold heist that happened in 1.08 you could always drop to some vit (about 2-3k hp) for a massive boost in resistance. your goal is 650-700 resistance.

macros are forbidden. Just hold 1 (diamond skin) and 2 (explosive blast) and right mouse button (nova) and spam left mouse button (wicked winds).

Needs more APOC. For budget builds, it's usually recommended that you go 3pc Zuni+Storm Crow.

Unless you're getting him an APOC Force and Crit mempo...

Remember to buy Apoc chantodos force, otherway u gonna suck. So u might lower Chantodos force avg dmg with that budget. 18+ Apoc is absolutely needed Imo. Otherwise ur out of Arcane every half sec.
Also Don't buy Innas temperance with that budget. Buy Blackthorne jousting mail. U will hit 24 % ms with Lacuni and Zuni boots, so u dont need innas pants. 600 LoH from blackthorne Amu + 400 from Bt pants is about 1k Loh and thats enough. U get also 100 vit bonus.
