First of all, I do clear Act 3 easily. I only farm Act 3 and ponies, so this isn't about me saying that its too hard to get a monk that can farm, it's not. My whole point was, THIS IS A VIDEO GAME !

Bragging about how good you are in a video game, or how easy it is to get characters that face roll the game is STRICTLY up to how many hours you log. Diablo is NOT a skill based game. It's a mindless RANDOM DROP game.


If your characters are good and expensive, there are only 3 possibilities.

1) You play A LOT ! That's nothing to brag about. In case you forgot, this isn't real life. I'd rather work hard in life and make real money, then farm and make diablo items. Call me crazy...

2) You got lucky with a couple sexy drops that you sold for a lot. Personally i've only found 1 item that sold for more than 5 million gold. I guess i'm unlucky.

3) You bought your gear with real money. I don't do that because it would ruin the fun of farming gear, but I have no problem with people who want to buy gear. It would save time, and free up REAL LIFE time for them to work and actually get laid, rather than farm diablo items for hours on end.


Don't forget, this game has only been out for about 100 days. Check how many hours you've logged in total. For many of you, I bet it's over 300 hours, and for some, probably even 500 hours. No shit you can find nice stuff and gear expensive characters if you're playing for 3+ hours a day on average. What about all the people struggling, trying to put together a character worth 20-30 million? Maybe they have only logged 100 hours?


So stop the bullshit. Having a good character does NOT make you good. It's fucking random drops guys...

Sorry to say, but anybody who would utter the word skill in the same sentence as a point and click video game is destined to be parking cars at the valet for his career...

i guess you dont understand the simalarities between the ah commodities and the stock market.

really i think the issue is youve never tried farming inferno with some one relativly new, as they run through with more then adequate gear but they keep dieing because they dont have the skill.
