its pretty hard to say what gear you should aim for, its all about what you prefer. you can do the rend build with dual weild, or a skorn. skorn will get you faster skills, but harder to hold up wrath (imo) When i dual weild i use bloodthirst passive instead of brawler cus its more expencive to get high dps + ll on dual weild. thats probably why people go for skorn cus its a cheaper and a better choise for this sort of builds.
