something you can do is: clear all act bounties on t13 without getting reward, post on jsp for sell the caches and while you wait some minutes for someone that will pick it, do rift/grift
another thing is looking for special items (wings, portrait etc) and "sell" the game, this will give you big shot of fgs but is not consistent

you'd wait forever...
