Sounds a little dull that they go back and forth with the difficulty system instead of just adjusting the current ones.

Overall I doubt many people will come back to these changes.
Maybe for a few weeks.

A few weeks is more than i've played like 95% of any other games.

Let's say you have a ring of royal grandeur. You use Kunai's cube to break down it's legendary "passive", which is that you need 1 item less for a set to be complete.
So now, instead of having to wear a ring of royal grandeur, you can wear any other ring, because you have the ring's "legendary power" as a passive. ( and these passives are seperate from your original 4 passive skills)
