No it actually just doesn't work how with the game has been redesigned.

Trust me, I'm not a fan of the current game, but the drop table (as it is) doesn't allow for open trade. I've said it in a previous post... Everything rare that drops in this game (any legendary) all rolls basically the same stats. There is such little variation in possible item rolls that trading would be useless anyways. You'd have people spending millions of gold for a 30 stat increase? Thats how far off an "average" drop is (for non weapon/OH slots) vs a god-tier one.
