Game guide and Bnet profiles are faulty because I have a level req 60 Tall Man's Finger as well as Justice Lantern.

It just says lower level req there even though they're level 60 items in game.

I think it's a bug? My Tall Man's Finger is close to 500 int, even though it didn't roll double int.

For those that are talking about the ias roll.

if you havent noticed, the random stats on crafted and leg equipment has a higher than normal max end.
for instance a normal helm can roll up to 80 resall, but acrafted or leg helm can roll up to 85.

a normal pair of gloves can roll up to 329 int, but crafted or leg pair can roll up to 525

so the ias max end for random rolls on legendary rings follows suit.
