see, thats the issue, the survability is in the 30% extra dmg, returning you back 30% more life steal, not the dodge. the 30% dmg lasts 3 seconds whether its a white pack or an elite pack.
if there is soemthing incredibly advantagious about the dodge part of the flash, its that it stops the enemy in its tracks. if skele king is mid WW, blinding flash and bam hes stopped. seige breaker walking words you s he digs into the ground, blinding flash and bam hes stopped. mallet lord about to crush you, blinding flash and bam hes stopped. that purp guy in act 2 road area with the giant mace, and his white counterparts, blinding flash and bam, he stops.
how do you stop an act 1 charging beast? blinding flash.
