There are a lot of options. I just wanted this guide out there for others to get a good reference of the "Famous WKL C-C Build". As the patches progress, there will be even more options I am sure of.

Before anything, you need to put your ef on the mainhand. Your wkl has super low weapon dmg. Bell takes the weapon dmg of mainhand.

For uber, quickening on FoT is good too. Lots of options really.

question about WKL: does the %light dmg apply to the other weapon's dmg as well? eg, if my EF is swung in the Thunderclap, does its lightening dmg got 25% more? thx.

Unless it was changed, WKL's lightning damage only applies to attacks made with WKL.

Where did you get this information?

FOT and SW Cyclone dmg is always applied by bonus from WKL regardless of which hand swung the last.

This is just like other elemental dmg increased modifier.

But bell doesn't get the bonus from wkl obviously.

thanks. if i would invest say 300m for better weapons, should I get a higher WKL, or other weapon? considering I use bell for ubers. thanks.

Pillar of Ancients rune for WoL does weapon damage type meaning it would get the %dmg increase from WKL fyi.

Or at least I think it does from what I remember reading once.

Honestly, you'll need more than 300m. I recommend getting the best WKL weapon you can, along with your other weapon once you save enough gold.

new to monk, but is this really needed? 300k dps, unbuffed? What's the minimum to farm mp4-6? life steal total?

Preferred stats needed:

Dexterity: Over 3000
Vitality: Over 1000
Armor: Over 5000
HP: 45,000+ base HP (Without Amethyst in helmet)
Damage: The more the better, preferably 300,000+
Resistances: 600 should be a minimum
Critical Hit Chance: 51.0%+
Critical Hit Damage: 450.0%+
