Read this please.Ok for those having WotB problems, this may be a solution.
I have noticed after 83 crit chance things get difficult, reason being is you are getting so much fury you cant drain it fast enough to keep wotb up.
After a bit of testing, I think it is best that after 83 crit chance (even before that if you have more speed), start spamming battle rage and sprint when you enter a pack to drain all of your fury.
The key here is getting rid of fury as fast as you make it, then just as you leave the pack let it jump back up again for enough sprints to get to the next pack.
The reasoning is not only the crit chance, but damage period (the more you do the faster they die, thus less time to pull wotb up) so keep that in mind.
Lastly, using a lamentation belt is great for damage, but makes wotb even more difficult to manage. I will continue using it for the extra dmg, but keep in mind also it's more difficult.
I'm at 91 cc without the hellfire, and it was almost impossible (even with only 9 speed on inna pants) to keep wotb up on a regular basis in runs. This is because you are gaining SO much fury SO fast that you cant drain it with just sprint, so spam battle rage with it

Hope this helps, as it has helped me a lot more lately.
That's basically the way to play ww barb dual wield since the high aps / cc you need to spam BR / Sprint
Also that's why - rend cost on belt isn,t good at all you want your rends to drain your fury ^^
ALSO there's something called Zoning
Depths 2 and craters 2 are very easy to know the maps by memory, when you knwo you enter a dead end, you can just ww trought the end, and rend the stuff on the come back
Always go to the next pack of white mobs before coming back to rend and leave
That's basically managing your white mobs so you always have some in your way
Also, elite packs, you want them to follow you sometimes especially the yellow / white ones, as they can reset your wotb on the need
