How does one "go" full retard?

No pic on google really gives me that "go" feeling as in someone is walking or like at least moving into retardness and not only that, its to the full extension of it.

The expression is just so much better than the pictures of google.

Also, thats a solid 8/10 imo. I would wanna see 12% hp instead of armor, but phys res is just everything but a wasted stat.
