if the dagger gets you more ticks, go with that.
if ticks are the same with sword and dagger, go with sword

Only idiot would pick a. Remember u alternate hits while using ww/bash and u dont wanna hit with 700 dps dagger.

In short, this is the conclusion.

For ww barb build, it will utilize mainly 2 skills for damage. Nado & WW.

Nado damage (more than 80% of ww barb damage)--> depends on Mainhand dps, Strength, CC, CD, Average APS from both mh & oh
WW damage (less than 20% of ww barb damage)--> depends on Screen DPS , hence offhand dps will play its part here.
