I do notice you have very little ARes (but you have massive amount of INT and regen. :O)
If you ever feel like your not killing fast enough, get higher bleed dmg and chance.
If what the profile says is correct, then it should stack (mine says 56% chance to do 2k-2.4k dmg, this is from my shield and weapon)

don't your pets get OHKO by power monsters? (like those big things that rush in A1)

Sold my Zuni boots I found, my first 3mil is in :D
upgrading time :P

All res isn't as important as life regen I've noticed. When me or my pets get hit, we're back to full health almost instantly. My life is a little low to do A2 right now, but A1 isn't a problem. The only time my pets die is vs. crazy shit like frozen + molten + plagued. In that case, I can pop Big Bad Voodoo and finish off the pack w/ toads + firebombs.

My damage is good so far. I'd like to get it higher (like 40k ish). Bleed is nice, but it's hard to tell when it procs. Overall, I'd say stat priorities are:

1) Life regen
2) Chance to ____ on hit (fear, stun, frozen, knockback).
3) Int
4) Res
5) Armor
6) Vit
7) Bleed

But, I've only done about 5 A1 inferno runs on my wd and a couple quests using this build.

Life regen is indeed very important.
But I noticed my dogs dying on elite creatures on A1 (those big monsters that can rush OHKO them, that's why I'm baffled that yours don't)

Working on getting more regen now.
Trying to get immortal kings gloves + boots for cheap.
Since seperately (on the ones I bidded) they are an improvement of what I have now.
+65 more AR from set bonus.

I am really interested in trying this build.
Is there any good set combos which can work for this build or is a full rare the only way to go?
Really unsure about which stats to prio but I guess I'll follow sylvannos' tips.

Can't decide on which followe to use with this. Templar gives regen, enchantress gives armour and hex. Don't use scoundrel on any of my chars so thought about using him for a change.
Extra crit chance and multishot with a cold bow for the mass chill might come in handy for this build no?

and blind on a group (iirc third rank skill, scoundrell)

all mercs have their perks.

I prefer enchantress, for now, I have enough life regen on my own and she doesn't suicude at the frontlines.
altho I do need the added Def ALOT.

only got 2.8K armor atm.

small addition (imo) about CC Gear
Stun=Freeze>Blind>Knockback>Fear>Chill>immobalize>Slow

Stun and Freeze completly stops opponent
Blind makes the chance to miss high, so also very useful
Knockback stops a monster in it's track (handy for those slow heavy hitters to stop attacking)
Fear does the same as Knockback but they run away further (I hate that running away)
Chill slows down attack speed
Immobalize stops them from moving (but not attacking)
and slow is makes them walk slower, aka worst CC of the bunch

This is (imo) the importance of CC.

Yah idk. I will lose 1 or 2 dogs when fighting elites or the poisons trees, but that's about it. Maybe it's because they charge my templar?

Edit: there's a new blog post regarding 1.04. Dogs and gargantuan are receiving a buff.

I'm really looking forward to that buff: Weaker elites, stronger pets. Act 3 should be as easy as taking a babie's candy *sinister Mr. Burns laughter*

If I were you, I would go with the enchantress by the way. 15% armor can be quite a lot, it's 600-700 bonus armor for me - so basically 65 Allres for free. I haven't tried her hex ability yet but it could prove even more useful.

IK Gloves are great for Stun + high Int. Combine it with something else and you get an extra 65 Allres via setbonus. Chest would work but it's Liferep is very limited.
Other Possibilities are Zuni Ring, Chest, Boots. I recommend a sheild, rather than Zuni Mojo. I think a rare helm is always better than Zuni's Helm. If I were you, I would wait for legendaries to get buffed and see what new items suit this build ;)

Been steamrolling through Act 1 with this now.
Will be sharing my build as soon as I get the helm I'm bidding on, using a very random one now.
But it works very good and life regen is definitely the most important stats to have in every slot.

My current build which works pretty good.
It has huge potential if you can find the ultimate gear.

I missed out on this last night after waiting for the auction to end for one and a half day...
Trying to track it down again but I'm not too optimistic..

Wow that's boss. I love that style on wd too.

Edit:

Just looked at your build. How good is chill and slow? Do they just help you with kiting? I was going to skip over those two mods, but if they work wonders, I'll see about getting some.
