It'd be technically bannable, but we'd have to see. Chances are you won't get banned, but as it's related to something that was hotfixed (aka acknowledged as a bug), it wouldn't be uncalled for if you managed to get banned.

Can you elaborate? I thought they removed the game creation cap?

I just did this at least 200 times in a row, as fast as possible as to see if I could get locked out, never happened.
