No idea, just wasn't built into the game unfortunately - he would be one of the easiest mini bosses to farm with 5 stacks in inferno.

total is 55%.

220/4 = 200/4 + 20/4 = 50 + 5 = 55.

Mf switch doesn't seem to improve my drops at all vs only having NV stacks. I have 200 mf set been switching on every elite and boss and getting the same number of rares.

look at the section on bosses that give NV bonus drops.

I know that, but I see people all the time switching to mf set and getting 5+ rares, I still only get 2 or 3 every time.
