Funny that I never gotten hacked on any game.

Easy steps:

#1. Search for viruses on your pc and remove them.
#2. Don't visit crappy websites
#3. DONT EVER GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORD (and change it once in a while.)
#4. Not the same pass on mail and account.
#5. Get an authenticator, as OP said. They are free on phone and cost like 6-8$, if u won't protect your account even though you can you deserve to be hacked.

You are why blizzard makes lots of money.

WOW not such a big point as d3, you will be able to sell IGG for real money so they can make alot of money by hacking people.






Me? yeah right, never bought a gamecard for wow eventhough I played it for 3 years (blizzard still got payed though)
I havent bought an authenticator, got the free phone one.


And if you don't want to protect your account, don't whine if you get hacked.






I don't defend Blizzard here, I'm trying to help people protect their accounts and most of the people being hacked is either because they give out their pass or because they don't clean their pc from viruses.
And if there is a solution but you won't use it, don't complain.

The reason they are ONLY taking your d3 shit is because they can only take the D3 shit. This is because they are taking your characters logged in state when you join their public game, then they join a new game as you and take all your items... NOT ONCE KNOWING YOUR PASSWORD
