It's been a while since I have even looked into this, but yes D3 is a lot like WOW. The slower pk, the skill charts, macros, and hell they are even taking out FCR and IAS(Maybe be one or the other or both or more, it's been a while). Look at the game play in it. Its WOW colors and style, but with a Diablo 1-2 "camera" angle. Game won't be a huge hit. I personally think a bunch of people will buy it and stop playing within a few months. They should of just made another expansion years ago. Not bring a 10 year old game into the mix and call it new. There is nothing new or great about D3 other than the money they will make from people that like Diablo. It won't be worth the time and effort to play D3. I mean hell they even made the Player vs Player wayyyyyy slower like WoW. No more skilled pk. All about who has more time to find items. Just like wow, the game will become more about items than playing the game itself. Ya items are a huge part, but shouldn't be the ONLY reason to play the game. Food for thought.

the only reason diablo 2 is so good, is because of the large item base... the randomization of rares and stats on uniqs...

the odds of getting 1 item by yourself is insane, making players trade. Then test it out in some duels

so i hope they dont fuck that up... i hope its fast leveling like diablo vs wow (I play wow aswell) where it takes awhile. Also make it so you cant go back and change what you did and remake a class.
