hey guys, need some advise here.
I'm at 2.79aps and 50.5% cc, but Im still having trouble perma freezing in uber?
I did try revocation and cold snap, but it aint work still?
Am I doing something wrong here?

You can't permafreeze them, most of them have animations that make them immune to any kind of cc (Leoric's "moonwalk", Siegebraker's grab, etc.). However you do seem to lack few things: firstly, try to squeeze max apoc out of your 2 apoc pieces setup (that would be 20), 17 is sure a bit low for 2 and less targets. Secondly, 50.5 cc is a bit low for high end setup, I would try to squeeze 5 more cc out of your gear. And get a decent witching hour with 70+all res and +armor, yours is like a poor man's version. You can also be freezing having problems if your ping is above 100.





10 apoc source, craft better shoulders, get better blackthorne combo (trifecta amulet + more stat pants). You can also try nat's combo instead of unity/zuni boots.

right. my ping is always 243ms from my location. that sucks man.
