Hey I just built my first wizard.. I like going with cm permafrost but I'm having some survivability issues. Even dieing on mp5 against certain affixes.

I know my eHP is way too low.. the resist are all 650+ but I need more HP and LOH.. The rings were just temporary.. was thinking of the litany for eHP and just bought the other for now. When I craft a good hellfire I was thinking of going that + AS unity.
Maybe get blackthorns for eHP gain? Then I would need new boots to compensate for missing movement =(

Also wouldn't mind skill change suggestions... I never played a wizard very much.

So I see alot of SnS wizards around with only 3200-3500 armor. Is it only me and my crappy computer that can't survive with that on mp10 or do you guys also have a trouble with so low armor? Like if you meet reflect damage, electrified plagued for example.

Yea i feel blackthornes pants are great for ww / cm. I would suggest getting a pair with 280+vita and 750-850 armor! Then you'll have to pick up IAS on your amu!

Thanks. Yeah, I just focused on getting the basics down with keeping my budget under 200mill.

I will take your advice and upgrade my wand/wh first. I think I'm gonna have fun crafting the gloves. And yeah, probably I'll upgrade my nat's ring to some GG ones in the future too.

One question though, so you know how the skills get reset super fast, does the skills pop more if I can hit the skill button faster?? How does it actually work?

And yeah, I'm keeping my aps at 2.74 for sure.

Check out mine. I just made one for fun yesterday. Runs pretty smoothly on mp10.

You should switch out inna pants for bt pants, then make up the aps on ammy.

i sold my wizard before .8 came and hadn't had a chance to try it ingame until today. i made a budget CM/ww and threw on an EF/trium to try out archon. it's fun no doubt, but it's just ridiculous lol

Yeah I'll try that then, but what would you suggest for boots to make up the 12% Movespeed?

Just get a IC with MS. or fat zuni maybe.
