nice, i feel we're pretty similar. i'd say you can upgrade your main hand pretty easily with 100 mil. also, use fleet footed! switch out guardians path imo. and yea, fleet footed doesnt count towards the cap now, so monks can get up to 35% movement speed

I upgraded my offhand to Won Khim Lau and noticed my dps increase, but I gave up 700 loh so now my survivability took a hit. I only have 2 mil. I know I need more crit, but it's hard to get crit without having the budget. Any suggestions on improving survivability without sacrificing dps? With only 2mil.

You shouldn't have gave up 700 LOH for that fist. That fist is very good if you get a good rolled one. I don't know why everyone is trying to go nuts on this fist. It's one of the best offhand weapon for monks IF ONLY it comes with lifesteal or LOH or at least a socket.

This is especially true if you have limited amount of gold.

Yo guys my dps is 100k and i have 400 loh ( from a 980 dps 110 dex / 64%chd / 437loh / socketed weapon)

Is more efficient to get %life steal with my dps? I dont need loh but is more quick when you have your max life always for dont pick health globes.

100k dmg unbuffed on the stat sheet? then lifesteal.

Please if you have a minute, take a look at my monk and offer me your top few suggestions to get comfortable in act 3.

I have a new belt coming with more res on it, but other than that, I'm not sure what to upgrade without spending 30m/item..

Do I just need more damage to roll over things?

At the moment act 2 is very comfortable.

All suggestions and opinions will be appreciated.

Another question... Well i like the skin of lighting weapons so much lol, so it is worth to get a won khim lao and replace my non-lighting weapon?

I think i could get a one and decrease my dps by 4k, so 82k unbuffed with won khim lao would be like 110k unbuffed right(6% and 26%, the max i think)? If this true would be totally awesome 110k unbuff (off-screen) and light skins weapons haha


Here are my weapons, sorry for all gear but im on the iphone and i cant cut them :/

What's your res at? I totalled up about 600 off your stats, wihch seems low. My stats for Act 3: 2 attacks/second, 26kdps, 32k health, 700LOH, 200 life regen, 760 all res, 7500 armor (with passive) and a 12% shield. The monster nerfs in 1.04 let me go straight through Act 3 and 4 whereas before I couldn't get past elite phasebeasts, so I think my stats are the approximate borderline. With those stats, I would still have to kite certain packs. I upgraded my weapon though and I can almost tank through desecrator. My weapon added 2.2 lifesteal and 3k dps. I think you're quite lacking in defense. With your DPS, I'd consider adding lifesteal. Also, Try mantra of evasion with Hard Target instead of conviction. Heck, go with a shield for an easy way out, but you definitely need more defense.
