Should i get inna pants or blackthorns? You'll need LoH, so unless you have insane jewelry, then you'll want blackthorns.
how much LOH do i need? 800+ I use 940, which works well.
Go lacunis or normal 6cc bracers? I'd probably get 4-6cc with all resis. If your budget can afford more stats, that's fine, but go for those first.
Go tal armor wiv allres or just mass life? Getting blackthorns with 275+ vit will help with life, so get all resis on your tal armor for sure.
Do i need to get 2x rare rings with IAS + LOH or? You'll want asi and cc for sure..your blackthorns should have 450ish LoH, so you'll need to get another 400ish from your rings/amy.

Considering pants can roll the most vit, I would trade out your all resis or armor for some with 275+ vit. You already have some pretty decent resis.
You also have an extra .10 aps, so you could give up probably 6 or 7 asi to get more CD.
I think a marquise ruby in your weapon would add 10-15k.

They hit really hard. You will definitely notice a difference. Teleport just seems like a waste now since the mobs are so dense anyway and you have nice ehp to stand in the shit.

You'll need to rebuild, m8. It's worth it though. I realize the lower numbers look bad at first, but you'll notice a huge difference once you start hitting the breakpoints.
