So you mean VERY good tal rasha amulet is better than ANY possible crafted amulet ?

If you roll Tal Rasha with 6%dmg 250+int 9ias ~65cd 10cc and average dmg, than yes. You cant get craft that gonna bit this amu for wd/wizz (if you are using black dmg weapon).
But tal rasha with this stats gonna cost like 10-20b
The lowest trifecta tal rasha on ah is for ~500m and got only 6cc 6ias no avg and low int. So generally is way better choice to do craft for that 500m gold (but you need a lot of time to get DE )
But as i said, if we talk about best possible craft and best possible tal rasha, than tal rasha win.

Thanks for that reply, almost all i needed to know. Last thing is, does tal rasha WITHOUT IAS can match craft amulet(without ias aswell) in terms of hp/dmg ?

So tal rasha with 10cc 65cd 6%dmg ~280int ~100hp and avg dmg. On tal rasha you can have 200+life and no avg or ~100life and avg, when on craft you can get avg 300+int 200+vita 10cc and 100cd. I think tal rasha gonna be better in most cases, but its rly depends on build and items. Overall its hard to say ^^

Life steal rly helps, but on low mp you can play without it. On mp5+ you rly need as much as possible. On highest mps even 3% is to low to facetank elites with reflect so best weapon for high mps is skorn in my opinion (and no mana problem ).
