Depends on youe buils, but if we talk only about cc,cd,avg dmg (without ias) than in most cases tal-rasha will be better because of this 6% ele dmg (with gives you a lot of dmg if you are using "black" weapon).

I have 0cd dog build. It takes me ~80 tryies to craft amu with give me more life and dmg than tal rasha (140m buyout before patch)

If you are just going to do mp0-1 speed doctor, it literally cost you 5-10mil to do make one.

But it gets boring man. I did it long time ago. Fast but boring.
