I switched over to skorn, and the sheet dps is a lot lower..

ya.. that's why I said the sheet dps is lower!! In reality the skorn does far more!!

For those on US servers, is mana regeneration back to 45? Was buggy on PTR.

Decent build. But I would say you need more AllRes. YOu Life is high but your EHP could be higher, which also makes your life regen more effective.
