Either MoE or a good block shield would reduce range mob attack.
Another more tedius way is to manually moving to avoid the projectile

Are you dying before you even hit them? during the fight? how does it go? I use both FoT and Deadly Reach because DR is super useful against all ranged mobs in Act 3. Sometimes FoT and Blind get me going a little but I like the fact that I can switch between FoT and DR.

You can either choose DR with Keen Eye rune for armor buff or Foresight rune for dmg.

I have a couple of questions about cc monks.

- How much @ do you need (roughly)?
- Do you need LoH ?
- How many hp?

I used to play my monk full tank but i switched to cc and i want to know what i can remove from my stuff.

like 30% crit chance
LOH is all depends on your dmg. if you have pretty high dmg, you don't need much at all. if you have mediocre dmg, you should get some LOH to make it up a little. it's expensive to get both high dmg and loh.
HP wise, 30-35k is good enough.
shoot for 750-800 all res + 6000-7000 armor if you dual wield. +8000 if you are using a shield.
