breakpoints, as in like wicked wind breakpoints? No i don't think so. They do have proc coefficients though.

so attackspeed doesnt affect it at all?

Aside from getting more attacks off, no. Attack speed wont make each individual cast hit more, since Spectral Blades doesn't work through ticks.

one more question, how does reactive armor(storm) actually work, does it proc 70% for everytime im hit?

i have a reasonable archon wizard, but its not advisable to farm high mp with archon, it is just not efficient because you need to kill fast in order to make archon last longer, my sweet spot in terms of mp is mp6
