How much mana do you use to summon zombie dog?

sorry, I should have re-phrased that. How many reduced cooldown is required to get 0 second zombie dog, while passive skill tribal rights is active?

Need to know if the 25% reduced cooldown is calculated before or after the reduction from gear

As i know, you need -34 sek from gear, so homu 20, guya 9 and skull grasp 5 in most builds

Made this wd last week. Didn't spend much at all.

Been having so much fun pvping. He's pretty good.

One question. I find myself oom a lot of times. What can I do? I swapped veil passive to blood ritual and it was better but still oom sometimes.

What can I do?

And open to general suggestion too! Only for pvp.

My understanding is the cold effect only applies to non-elemental attacks. Now I specifically tested this out with zombie dogs (since they do physical damage),and it didn't work, so the cold doesn't appear to effect pet attacks. I know that the spirit barrage rune manitou deals physical damage, so somebody should test and see whether that applies the snare (would be very very useful in pvp). I would test but I sold my ring as soon as I realized zombie dogs didn't proc it, I didn't even realize that manitou was physical until afterwards.

I'll buy a rare one and try it. Love the 24 ms though since I find myself chasing people a lot.
