what set build is the best for all around atm?

The 2 ring set if you want to run bounties and t10 rifts, check quinns one punch man build

Any of them are pretty viable for running everything.

inner fire is useless - go desert shroud
dashing strike - dodge would help more imo
sweeping wind - inner storm for more spirit regen
mantra of salvation - agility for more dodge
near death experience - exhaulted soul for spirit

some could obviously be better rolls but same items. meh

Is it possible to have too many monks built?

A better CoE and SWK ammy would help

150% damage roll on CoE and 53% crit damage on amulet hurts
