The beta is up right now for Torchlight 2, it is by some of the people who made D2. From what i read it looks great. It has a great pvp aspect that levels the playing field. The pvp seemed like the way d2pk did things, everyone has access to all gear and is the same level, pvp characters diffrent from your pvm characters. i read a great article just the other day about it.

You obviously are new to Blizzard logic. When you KNOWINGLY use a bug to progress, it's called exploiting which is a bannable offence.

My thoughts re: what went wrong w/ d-2/d-3

Basically, the last thing anyone wants to do, is to have to learn and then use, skill
peeps will do anything to avoid this, and its not always motivated by $$'s


They'll install random 3rd party software with all the attendant risks, and wonder how they got "hackt" later
run auto-wipe for when they crap on themselves as their life bar tanks, (since keying the juve interrupts being able to set back and need no reaction speed skills)
and, most important of all, omg, please!!let the auto-esc work when my ass is getting handed to me
and, then, to top it off, they reveal their 3rd party crutches when they say silly stuff for the slain to read, through cool auto-loaded text when (and if) they can own your low level ass
as if their successful ambush was through fast thinking and extraordinary keyboard skills

then they say, the game aint no fun at all !!!
right????

Let's hope d-3 doesn't get taken over by 3rd party software, bots, and site-spammers

fix d-2, and everyone will come back to it, just my thought,

What you mean is that, if someone shoots a guy he won't get arrested because guns exist.

Bugs exist, people use them, bug exploiting is never ok. = they should be punished

let's ask method when they exploited few bugs on wow (not talking about the lfr glitch though), let's ask these guys from method who cleared the game in 4days with their diablo exploit and bosses exploits, let's ask that dane guy who exploited the no-vita wizzard with the force armor, let's ask these guys who exploited the act2 chest.

did anyone get banned? no.

expect a hot patch soon. I'm sure someone who works at blizzard came across this or some cry baby forwarded this to them.
