Hey, Im wondering if Schaefer's Hammer and Odyn's son and thunderfury procs scales off of lightning%. Also which is better, TF or odyns?

yes .that was few patches ago. this procs benefit from elemental % on equipment

Get static charge on all mobs, use the other generator to proc it. Dash to keep focus/restraint up.

I almost gave up the build because no-one explained how to actually play it. I was putting static charge just on one target then using the other generator and wasn't doing anything. I just found out that I had to put static charge on as many targets as possible and then spread it...

Hmmm I'll try shit out. I was dying in 60 with only 1 loh wep though.

You guys like serenity or epiphany with the low cool down?
