You don't have any life on hit for that dps ? You really need some, it's gonna take a huge dps boost before you can start to play without LOH. I have now 100k dps unbuffed and now when i only have a bit over 600 life on hit, reflect damage hurts sometimes when serenity has cooldown You can check the EQ from my signature, on the bottom.

get some loh , big problem there...

Which gear should I upgrade next? I just got my offhand for 2 mil off AH and it's awesome.

As for gear upgrades, honestly you have pretty great gear overall. The only useful upgrades besides overall stat upgrades on each gear piece (gets really expensive, difficult to find at your gear level)....
would be weapon dmg, and LoH... higher raw DPS weapon with inherent Crit, LoH, and a socket. Overall stat to try and improve on while maintaining all other stats, HP.
Probly could be a better assesment if you posted a picture of ur full stats page.

Oh I was talking about this offhand weapon that I just got. haha I bought that shield for 4mil I think. It was a STEAL! hehe

Just bought my new helm and ammy for 4mil together. Love the upgrades. Gave me 4k dmg/4k hp boost.

I'm bidding on this belt with seomthing like 140dex/140vital/+40fire res. I think that's much better than my current belt, huh?

I could really use some movement speed on my boots too...

My skills are usually like this:

FoT quickening/keen eye/cyclone/serenity/heal/MoE hard target
STI/OWE/Transdence

For when you use your new offhand and go Dual Wield, you will probably want to invest in quite a bit more LoH (or Leech, LPSS, regen) and Life.
Your other stats are fairly good, but without the shield you lose a chunk of defensive stats... and those to aspects will help quite a bit.
With your DPS, Life Leech is a good option too. Cyclones and fast DW attack will return pretty substantial HP and additional maximum life will give you a tad more cushion to take hits without a shield.

As for the belt... i would take the ~100 all res over 60 dex/20 vita any day. I honestly think ur current belt is still better.
Definitly try and get comparable or better boots with movement speed. And eventually upgrade your main weap as i mentioned in the other post.
Finally, if you CAN, i would try hard to stay around 800 all res with all the gear changes, it is a great average number for Act3/4
