d2s customization comes mostly from items and also from skills you use... and not from stupid attributes you allocate, nothing got fixed regarding that. Might be cool for few weeks but its still very bad compared to d2. Not even pvp or proper social/coop system...
When exp is released it will go same downhill like d3 classic, because they dont fucking get it. Everyone will still look the same, use the same skills/"builds", nothing changed.

is loot 2.0 still after blizzcon? or in 2014 " before expansion"

loot 2.0 comes in xpac

loot 2.0 will be like wow xpac patches. Normally it is a month or so before the xpac releases. You get all the new skills and shit and item changes. I'd think this will be kind of the same.

Loot 2.0 and the new Paragon system will come before Xpac, it will be a free update to regular D3.

only good news, cause exp is like years away. I'm already super bored with the d3 at its current status, I hope they release paragon 2 and loot 2 in patch 1.10 so there something to do other then looting trash.

ofc thats what happens when you get para 100 doing thousands of runs in the same map like an autistic robot.

I only spend like 100 hours doing that, and it was the fastest way back then to get to lvl 100. beside in 1.06 there really nothing much to do in act 3 beside that or fuck around in keep, consider act 1 etc r not what it is in 1.07/1.08.
