That seems like it sounds right, but in the end it would be restricting something without great cause for balance. If you break down gyms more than flawless square even, life regen from gear alone would allow you to never die because of how long the duels can be.
It takes actually dueling with them and testing to see and understand, but as it stands in my opinion, there should be no limit on gems as of now other than marquise ofc.
And btw, by no means am i defending higher tier gems because i have them because that is not the case at all.
I want to ban as little as possible in the lld scene and limit as little as possible, so that more people can and will get evolved without discretion, thus a bigger community that lasts, hopefully, as long as d2's did.
