My survivability is fine, so I just need more damage. I have about 50 Million to spend. What could I upgrade to get me up over 100K DPS?

Looking at a DPS calculator you currently get the same damage from 1 crit damage% as you do from 4.33 strength. Optimizing damage I'd say you are a bit high on strength compared to crit damage. Thus I'd go for another main hand weapon. If that strength could be converted to a socket you would be getting a lot more damage. If you had the exact same axe, but with socket instead of the strength and you put a 100% crit damage gem in there it would be a 5.1k unbuffed damage boost!

Just a tip for some barbs, do not use empower shrine if your fury generation is ok, you might generate excessive fury which cannot be spent and therefore wont be able to prolong your wotb. Another thing is do not use fleeting shrine, it makes the distance between your tornados longer and makes more "empty" space in your path which doesn't generate fury. If this has already been said before, pardon me, didn't bother to look it up.

what should i upgrade first?
switching mainhand with offhand = 10k dps increase, but im not sure about my fury regeneration

mainhand with critdmg, str, sock, 1000dps+
boots... ~ cant afford good ice climbers :c

if swap weapons,
10more crit chance // 60% total instead of 50% when buffed
-3fury per proc coeffiecient // currently 15*0.5+3=10.5 fury per proc // new 15*.6=9fury per proc

current fury regen = 100%
new = 100/10.5old fury per proc*9new fury per proc / 1.3old aps * 1.3new aps = 85.7%fury regen from your old fury regen
old bash (15*0.5+3)*1proc rate + 12 = 22.5 /// new bash = 9+12=21

you gone loose 14.3%fury income from ww+sprint /// loose 6.7% bash fury income
