d3 looks like a huge step down from d2, which makes no sense, i know.

i enjoyed d2 way too much to be able to enjoy d3 IMO, it just looks like a cheesy P.O.S. money-grab game, nothing more.. at least d2 had sustenance.

It's called exploiting a bug, which you can in fact be banned for. Go ask Ensidia when they exploited Lich King platform with saronite bombs and got banned for a week.
