First of all, do not use ring without cc. By losing 5-6 cc you are losing a lot of effective dps and survivability. That zuni ring is really bringing you down. Second of all, you need 2,74 aps breakpoint. In order to reach it, use Tal Armor, decent ehp one is fairly cheap nowadays. As for pants, use blackthornes with huge vita + armor buff = best in slot for our class, or use added int/vita + armor version. They are all pretty cheap. Try to get to 50 cc and more importantly 2,74 aps so your wizard can work properly. Also, try to keep your armor above 4k mark and your all res above 650 mark. You need at least 40k life for mp7 and below too.

My armor stays over 5k with Energy Armor on and I have over 40k life. Any other suggestions for reaching higher All res? Most gear with high Vit/All res are pretty expensive as well

I actually like your budget wiz a lot, very balanced. I would let go zuni combo however since you are losing cc on your ring. Go with 70 int 9 ias 5cc ring with some all res and tal chest with vita armor. Also, armor/vita blackthornes are like 4-10 millions with 240+vita and better armor roll, get them instead of yours.
