Boots and hat stand out to me fable. You can get the same boot stats with AR/armor/phys res/higher vit, and your hat would be much better with a more useful random roll, like crit, AR, or mana regen.

Definitely the offhand needs to go. Get a serpent or totd. Your chest could give you another 50-60 int for 20-30m. I would look for a WH with higher CD and more int. Your tals neck could have crit chance - they start at about 50m. Same with your pox, though it'd probably be hard to get crit replacements with the same average damage. Simulate your gear in d3up and see how much you'd gain.

sorry, I posted this before an uber run. It must have updated after exiting ( though, looking at the gear, this should be insanely obvious )... my dps is around 138k

I'd appreciate any constructive input you have... or if you have a good place to start.

EDIT: by an uber run.. I mean a series of uber runs - Also, logged back in to update the dps

Hello, guys, I am a wizard expert (sorta) myself, but my little cousin is playing Witch Doctor and I am helping him with all gear and advice I can. Can you take a look at his profile and see what skills does he have to change and what direction he should take with his gear upgrades (he is poor at the moment).

I find the best in slot (BIS) for helm to be zuni (3% crit is cheap, they don't get expensive until about 4.5+) for the mana regen bonus
Also, you should be able to find a replacement amulet with higher int and vit for cheap. Int amulets aren't as expensive as they are a fair amount more common then say, dex amulets with these stats. I think these would be your best cheaper side upgrades.
