pointless to use 1h + shield for that fight.
get more dam. (dunno if your shield has crit chance or not, but for dw get around 25% cc, and as much crit dam as u can., w/o sac loh)
even 600 res is enough for that fight: ( to be honest, its not a tank and spank fight if u have low dps, its just a hit and kite, kill ads, avoid clouds, pick up globes, repeat)
what he does:he is casting 2 poision cloud (1on you 1 on himself), so when the fight starts just go on top and go to middle so u more speec to kite.
most important thing is move as slow as possible (u have low dps, so if u moving either too fast from clouds, or moving too far, u wont have enough time till all of them disasspear), just facetank him till he is casting clouds, then move slowly backwards (use the draw downside)
so if he is casting clouds on you wait till first tick (usually 1-2sec) then move out (dont run, dont hurry),
if u have problems, kill adds they will drop globes(but dont pick up all at oncE)
about your spec: u can go either full dam (conv: overawe or regen mantra ) i prefer full dam, use breath of heaven (blazin warth) and serenity (peacefull repose) for heals, + with addition heals from loh u can keep yourself up. ( u either hit adds if u need life back or ghom)
u have enough crit chance, so if i were u i get another weapon for dw with base crit dam +open socket, dex, vit and . keep up sweeping wind (cyclone) it will do the job.
start of the fight:start at top of middle (so u will free space at left), move to left and go slowly clockwise or opposite way doesnt matter, always check the middle of map if no gas coulds there just go middle, to get some time. if u doing this method as slow as possible, gas clouds will disappear and u will enough time do this till ghom isnt dead
